This is one of the little lunches I add to the thermoses for my sons for lunch.
What You Need:
1 tbsp canola oil
1 lb round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp butter
3 medium onions, sliced into rings
6 C beef broth
1/4 C red wine, dry
1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 (6 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/8 C parsley, chopped
1 C Swiss cheese, shredded
