What You Need:
- 1 9 in pie crust
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 TBSP all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 C heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 C light corn syrup
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
How to Make It:
- Place the pie crust in a 9 in pie plate; prick the bottom of the curst a few times with a fork and set aside.
