Well after needing some time off with the family its time to get back to business. I am sorry for the break with out warning. Family comes first as I am sure all moms know.

I have had a few things happen, one of my sons was hit by a car, he is fine now. Another son has been facing some issues at school. As you can see my focus has been had to be elsewhere. Things have begun to calm down so my computer time has increased.

I have some yummy recipes to share for this warm weather and grilling season ahead. I look forward to sharing these and more with you all.

How to Make It:

Place the oven temperature on 425 degrees and allow the oven to heat while preparing the potatoes.

Line a baking pan with foil then spray the foil with a non stick cooking spray.

Wash the potatoes under cold water then pat dry.

Cut each potato into 8 even size wedges.

Place the oil, paprika, salt and pepper into a sealable plastic bag.

Seal and shake to mix the ingredients together.

Add the potatoes and reseal.

Shake until all the potatoes are covered well.

Remove the potatoes and place skin side down in the prepared baking pan.

I have gotten this question a lot and thought if they are asking then maybe others may be wondering too, and that is What staples are in my cupboard? What types of things are always on my shopping list since they are always used?

With what I have I can make countless meals usually under 15-20 minutes since I often loose track of time and before I know it its time to feed the kiddos.

So here is the list of things that no matter what the date or time of year you will find inside my cupboard or fridge.

The Cupboard

Canned diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce

Noodles, It don’t matter what kind I usually just grab what is on sale.

Italian seasoning

Garlic Salt

Soy Sauce

Olive Oil

Rice; White and brown since sometimes you just feel like one or the other

Broth Chicken and Beef

In the fridge

mushrooms

Garlic

Italian dressing

fresh veggies the usual are broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery and what ever is on sale

Salad stuff There is always a fresh salad being made after school or for a quick dinner.

In the freezer

Hamburger (I often use hamburger patties since they are easier to cook if I loose track of time and its time to cook dinner)

Cubed Chicken Breasts

Stew Meat always beef sometimes pork

So these things are what I have and with these quick meals are made of more often then I like to admit. They are always yummy and the kiddos always finish their meal. As I mentioned before the list above is what I use to make different quick easy meals. In future days/weeks I will be sharing these quick and easy meals with you those days you forget to set the crockpot and fast food is not an option these meals can help get dinner on the table.

Thank you for stopping by
