What You Need:
- 5 1/2 C of orange flavored drink
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2/3 C of sweetened condensed milk
How to Make It:
- Our the orange drink into a large mixing bowl,
- Add the pineapple with its juice and stir to combine.
- Pour the condensed milk into the bowl and whisk until completely combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 3 qt. baking dish.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze 4 hours or until firm, stirring once every hour.
- Use a rubber spatula and smooth the top of mixture.
- Recover and freeze undisturbed for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
Makes 12 servings
Making sherbet is much easier than making ice cream and it usually takes less time. Bits of fresh oranges may also be added to this sherbet.
