Well it was suggested that I share what our menu is going to be this week. With it being summer, there is lots of grilling and slow cooker recipes since I really hate being over a hot stove while I am hot already. You will see I do both lunch and dinners, this is a fairly new thing since the kids are home for summer now. I also have fresh produce on the menu at least once a day. I have found with teen boys it helps fill them up and I would rather they eat the healthy stuff then other junk
Tuesday
Lunch- Manwich, Fresh Fruit salad, Chips
Dinner – Grilled Chicken breasts, grilled veggies, Baked Potato
Wednesday
Lunch – Tuna Mac N Cheese, Fruit salad,
Dinner – Steak Sandwiches, Baked fries, Fresh Veggies,
Thursday
Lunch – Wraps (turkey, ham or tuna depending on what they want) Fresh veggies
Dinner – Family Dinner out
Friday
Lunch – French Toast, Sausage, Fruit
Dinner – Smoked Roast, Macaroni salad, Mock Potato salad
Saturday
Lunch – Left overs/free for all
Dinner – Sweet and Sour pork, Pork Chow mein, Potstickers
Sunday
Lunch -Coconut Chicken Nibblers, Fresh Fruit or Veggies
Dinner -Plain and Simple Tenderloin Roast Potatoes, Steamed veggies
Monday
Lunch – Grilled Cheese, Chicken noodle soup
Dinner – Hamburgers and hot dogs, fresh fruit
Snacks
Smores
Popcorn
Brownies
Cheese and crackers
